How can I get further information about city chic collective?

How often does city chic collective report on its results and when does this occur?

City Chic Collective's financial year ends in June and results are reported in August. The interim result for the six months to end of December is reported in February.

What should I do if my dividend cheque is lost?


To prevent the loss of cheques in the mail, direct credit to your bank account is preferable. To do this, simply provide your banking details to our Share Registry:

If you have not received your dividend cheque, you need to contact Link Market Services in writing or by phone providing details of your shareholding. The share registry will arrange a stop payment on the original cheque and issue a replacement which will be sent to your registered address.


How do I consolidate more than one holding?

If you have a CHESS holding and an Issuer Sponsored holding, you should contact your sponsoring broker for advice.

If the names and addresses on more than one shareholding is the same and the holdings are issuer sponsored, our share registry can consolidate them. The share registry provides a Consolidation of Shareholdings Form for this purpose. The form must be signed by all registered holders.


Can I transfer my CITY CHIC COLLECTIVE shares to another person?

You can transfer your shares to another person by off-market transfer by simply contacting Link Market Services who will advise you of the forms required.


Are there any charges to transfer shares?

There are no charges to register the transfer of shares with City Chic Collective’s share registry. If you buy or sell your shares through a broker, you will need to pay brokerage.
